Description

The BAV70 is a surface mount switching diode in a SOT-23 package, featuring a common cathode configuration with two diodes.It has a voltage rating of 75V, a low forward voltage drop of 1.25V, a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, and a forward current of 200mA. This pair of diodes is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for various switching applications.
