About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to drive our sales operations across B2B and B2C channels. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for B2B and B2C clients, ensuring target achievement.
- Generate and nurture high-quality leads through proactive strategies.
- Handle sales and support call inquiries, resolving customer issues promptly.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock audits and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to optimize sales workflows.
Skill required:
Expertise in B2B/B2C sales and lead generation.
Proficiency in managing sales inquiries and customer support.
Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Sales, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 months of sales management experience (1+ years preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (gross).
- Incentives: Performance-based rewards up to ₹10,000/month.
